Luis Díaz Edges Closer to Bayern Move After Agreeing Personal Terms

Liverpool’s Luis Díaz could be heading to Bayern Munich after reportedly agreeing personal terms. The Bundesliga giants are keen on the Colombian winger as they rebuild their attack.

Liverpool forward Luis Díaz is reportedly on the verge of a major transfer to Bayern Munich, with German outlet BILD claiming the Colombian star has agreed personal terms with the Bundesliga club.

While Díaz remains part of Arne Slot’s Liverpool squad, the growing transfer buzz suggests a potential exit. Díaz joined the Reds in 2023 and quickly became a fan favorite, delivering crucial goals and assists on the left wing.

In the 2024/25 season, the 27-year-old played a key role in Liverpool’s Premier League title win, netting 13 goals and assisting 5 times in 36 appearances. He was also involved in 16 goal-creating actions, making him one of the most effective attackers in the league.

However, with Bayern Munich facing injury setbacks—most notably to Jamal Musiala during the FIFA Club World Cup—the German side is eager to strengthen their frontline, and Díaz has emerged as a top target.

Despite the reported agreement on personal terms, Liverpool are yet to officially agree to a deal. The club may be reluctant to let go of such an influential player, especially with new manager Slot aiming to solidify the squad.

That said, the Reds are not standing still. The club has already completed high-profile signings this window, including Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez—with Wirtz seen as a possible replacement on the left if Díaz departs.

For now, the move remains in limbo, but the signals are clear—Luis Díaz’s Anfield future is hanging in the balance.
