Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has expressed shock over the death of Sarki Dogari Adamawa.
Atiku in a post on his official Facebook page said profound loss to the traditional institution in the state.
He said: “I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Adamawa Emirate over the passing of Sarki Dogari Adamawa. His death is a profound loss to our traditional institution and to all who knew him.
“May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus.
“My thoughts and prayers are with his family, the Emirate Council, and the people of Adamawa during this period of mourning.”
