A serious accident occurred at a restaurant on Chevron Drive, Lekki, on Wednesday, April 2, when a car crashed into the building, causing significant damage.
A video shared online captures the moment the vehicle forcefully collided with the restaurant, shattering glass and destroying furniture. Staff and patrons were visibly shaken as they surveyed the aftermath of the crash.
It remains unclear if there were any casualties, but voices in the video can be heard expressing concern over the possibility of someone being injured.
Eyewitnesses at the scene were heard frantically asking about the whereabouts of an individual who was reportedly near the impact zone.
“There was one girl at that particular moment,” one voice in the video stated, while another responded with shock, “Jesus Christ.”
Authorities have yet to confirm whether the crash was an accident or a deliberate act.
