The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Agboola Ajayi, emerged victorious at his polling unit during the ongoing Ondo State governorship election.
Ajayi, who cast his vote at Polling Unit 4, Idumado Quarter, Kiribo, in Ese-Odo Local Government Area, secured an overwhelming 194 votes. His closest rival, Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC), managed only three votes, while the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) candidate recorded a single vote.
According to the results announced at the polling unit:
-PDP:194 votes
– APC: 3 votes
– ZLP:1 vote
– Accredited voters: 204
– Valid votes: 198
– Void votes: 6
