Nigeria's NLNG Unveils Rebrand

Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has unveiled a new logo as part of a rebranding initiative aimed at enhancing its role in energy supply both within Nigeria and globally. At a press briefing in Lagos on Tuesday, the company announced the retirement of its General Manager of External Relations and Sustainable Development, Andy Odeh, who will be succeeded by Mrs. Sophia Horsfall.

Odeh explained that the rebranding, symbolized by the updated logo, reflects NLNG’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and a broadened focus beyond gas to a more comprehensive energy strategy. He emphasized that the company seeks to be recognized not only as a gas supplier but as a progressive energy provider promoting a greener and more sustainable future.

Expressing gratitude to the media for their support over his 26-year tenure, Odeh encouraged them to extend the same cooperation to Horsfall. Horsfall, in her remarks, noted that the rebranding signifies more than just a visual change; it underscores NLNG’s dedication to a future of clean, accessible, and reliable energy for all.

“This is our purpose, and it resonates with the vision you have shared with the public in your reporting, shaping the perception and trust the world has in us,” she stated.

Horsfall commended the media, saying, “Your support, time, and insights are vital to our continued success, and we are truly grateful for the critical role you play in our journey.

“As I step into this role, I look forward to deepening the invaluable collaboration we have built together, we have the power to elevate NLNG’s influence and aspirations to new heights, and I am excited to partner with each of you to bring our shared vision to life.”
