Kellyrae, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, has voiced his frustration over constant financial requests from family and friends. During a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, Kellyrae expressed his concerns about the unrelenting demands for money.
He explained that ever since it became public knowledge that he gifted his wife, Kassia, N55 million from his prize money, people have been bombarding him with requests for financial assistance. Kellyrae emphasized that contrary to what people assume, he is not wealthy enough to meet these demands, especially considering the rising cost of living.

“I was receiving calls people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million and they were asking for their own share of my prize money.”
“I will like to say to everyone, I’m not a rich man yet please. The money is big but things are expensive. Even if it’s egg I want to buy, how many crates of eggs will I buy? Please allow a brother to settle.”
