Nigerian scholar Ogechi Adeola has been named among the top 50 most influential educators in global hospitality for 2024.
Adeola, currently serving as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kigali, is the only African-based educator on the prestigious list compiled by the International Hospitality Institute, as announced on Friday.
“We celebrate these educators for advancing education in our beloved industry. Honorees will be featured in the January 2025 edition of the Global Hospitality Magazine, the highest-circulating global hospitality magazine,” the International Hospital Institute said.
The International Hospitality Institute is a global advocacy, training, and standards organization for the hospitality industry.
