The Rivers State House of Assembly, on Monday, screened and confirmed four new commissioner nominees submitted by Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
The confirmed nominees are Israel Ngbuelu, Evans Bipi, Otamiri Ngubo, and Benebo Anabraba, according to the letter presented to the House by Speaker Victor Oko-Jumbo.
House leader Sokari Good-boy highlighted that three of the nominees were former lawmakers, recommending that they be allowed to take a bow during the plenary.
The fourth nominee was fully screened before all were confirmed, with the Assembly urging them to use their experience to serve the people effectively.
