In Adamawa State, 35-year-old Muhammad Auwal has been accused of sexually assaulting his 14-year-old daughter.
The Nigeria Police Command announced the arrest in a statement received by us on Thursday morning. According to the statement from the Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje, Auwal was apprehended on September 11, 2024.
Nguroje confirmed that Auwal has confessed to the crime and will face charges in court.
