A 55 years-old woman,has reportedly slumped and died while giving testimony in Church at Ejigbo area of Lagos State.
The woman identified simply as Ifeoma was given testimony at the church called Accountant of Ministry Church when she slumped.
Someone from the church rushed to the police station at Ejigbo that on September 8, 2024, at about 11:45 am when it was time for testimony in the church a woman came out dancing to gave her own testimony, she slumped.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) SP Benjamin Hundeyin in a statement yesterday said at about 8: 48 am during testimony hours in the church.
While the church service was still going the deceased came out singing and dancing to gave her own testimony of what God has done for her and she suddenly slumped and she was rushed to the hospital.
The deceased was rushed to a nearby hospital by some members of the church, but was later referred to the general hospital, Isolo, where she was confirmed dead on arrival by the medical doctor on duty.
“Based on the report detectives from homicide section were detailed to visit the hospital, on getting to the hospital the police detectives were told that the deceased husband and her family members have taken her corpse to Anambra State where she came from for burial'”.
