Enugu State Government has announced free cataract eye surgeries for 400 patients.
The government in a statement said: This is to inform the general public that a non-profit organization, Foundation Elenabarraquer from Spain, and Niger Foundation Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, Enugu, will offer free cataract eye surgeries to 400 patients in Enugu from 15th to 21st September, 2024.
“The screening of patients for the surgeries commenced from 26th August 2024 in the premises of Niger Foundation Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, Enugu.”
