“They will be joined in Uyo by Tomaz Zorec, a fitness trainer from Slovenia, goalkeeper trainer Olatunji Baruwa and match analyst Eboboritse Uwejamomere,” Olajire said.
Olajire also mentioned that players and officials of the three-time African champions are scheduled to arrive in Uyo on Monday to start preparations for their match against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic. This fixture is set to take place on Saturday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, with kickoff at 5 p.m.
Following the match in Uyo, the team will travel to Kigali on Sunday to prepare for their Matchday 2 encounter against the Bees of Rwanda. This game will be held at the Amahoro Stadium on Tuesday, starting at 2 p.m.
