Former Golden Eaglets midfielder Victor Ozor Okeke has signed with Swedish Allsvenskan champions Elfsborg, according to IWITNESSLIVE SPORT. Okeke, who joined from Nigeria’s Triple 44 Academy, has inked a five-year contract with the club.
The 18-year-old gained recognition for his standout performance at the WAFU B U-17 Championship in Ghana two years ago. Okeke is now the second Nigerian at Elfsborg, joining Ibrahim Buhari, who is already a key player for the team.
Elfsborg currently holds the fifth position in the Swedish Allsvenskan standings.
