Nigerian music sensation Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy of P-Square, has expressed his frustration over the inability to maintain a family bond with his brothers despite no longer being in a business partnership.
The P-Square duo, Paul and Peter Okoye, has been in a public feud that began when Paul accused Peter of reporting him to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Peter responded with an open letter on social media, seeking clarity about Northside Music, a company allegedly owned by their older brother Jude Okoye and his wife Ifeoma.
In response, Jude Okoye addressed the allegations in an Instagram Live session, denying claims that he had misappropriated P-Square royalties.
During an Instagram live chat on Monday, Paul Okoye lamented the lack of sibling unity, questioning why they cannot come together as family despite their separation in business.
He said: “Even if we don’t do P-Square, can’t we be brothers? Even if we can’t do music, can’t we be brothers?
“Like I said, I don’t want to talk much. I don’t used to talk before. It’s so unfortunate.”
