Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as Very Dark Man, has commented on the death of Abuja crossdresser Area Mama, who was killed on August 7, 2024.
In a video posted on Instagram, VDM shared clips of Area Mama expressing distress about being stabbed and receiving no help.
He urged the police to investigate the crossdresser’s residence in Karimu, a neighborhood in the Federal Capital Territory, to identify the perpetrator.
VDM condemned the act of taking someone’s life and expressed his intention to reach out to the FCT Police Public Relations Officer for assistance in the investigation.
He also warned crossdressers to be cautious in light of the incident, suggesting that the death of Area Mama was not merely a coincidence.
