Former Big Brother Naija winner, Josephine Otabor, aka Phyna, has refuted claims made by her colleague Whitemoney that she confided in him about receiving her remaining prizes from the show’s organizers and sponsors.
Whitemoney had recently stated in an interview that Phyna, winner of Season 7 in 2022, had finally received her outstanding prizes, including the 1 BTC, after voicing concerns over incomplete awards.
However, Phyna responded on Wednesday, denying sharing any such information with Whitemoney. She mentioned that she has chosen to move on from the issue of the 1 BTC and prefers not to discuss it further.
Emphasizing her focus on her acting career, Phyna urged the public to refrain from interfering in her matters.
Phyna shared on her X handle saying: “Good morning everyone, this is to clear the air that:
“I never told white money what he went on to say on podcast, I was surprised to see it myself.
“About the 1BTC I have decided to forget and never talk about it anymore, has I am currently focusing on my projects.
“Please I indulged everyone to off my business, I am tired. Everyday I hear I get things I didn’t get, I hear I’m dating who I’m not even talking to.
“You have to believe in yourself when no one else does, has always been the life I lived enough of the assumptions.”
