Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has felicitated with the Muslim faithful as they commemorate this year’s Eid Mubarak, a significant spiritual event in the Muslim Calendar.
Governor Alia in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Kula Tersoo, charged the Muslim Ummah to ensure they spread the love, sacrifice, tolerance and unity as preached by the Holy Prophet.
He urged them to continue to pray and support his administration and that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led Federal Government, as it strives hard to fulfil its electoral mandate to the people.
The Governor who expressed optimism that the state and country will surely overcome its current challenges, wished the Muslim faithful a Happy Eid Mubarak celebration.
