New West Ham United boss, Julen Lopetegui, is set to overhaul his squad with eight summer transfer signings to strengthen the team for the upcoming season.
Lopetegui, keen on bolstering various positions, has identified the need for new left-backs, centre-backs, and forwards. Among the forwards, Taiwo Awoniyi has emerged as a top target for the Hammers, according to The Athletic.
Nottingham Forest, facing financial constraints, are open to offloading some players to balance their books. They are prepared to entertain offers for Awoniyi, who could be a key player for Lopetegui if a deal is struck.
