Former presidential social media aide, Reno Omokri, has advised Nigerian young men to stop funding the lifestyle of their girlfriends.
In a post on his official X account @RenoOmokri, said it is hard for a woman not to be in love when she is constantly shopping at someone’s expense.
He said: “It is hard for a woman not to be in love when she is constantly shopping and you are consistently footing the bill. Her eyes are not clear. She is drunk on money.
“Any love she professes for you under that state is unreliable. That is why I have maintained that men should never fund their girlfriend’s lifestyle. Be wealthy. But do not be a Father Christmas.
“Then, see who sticks around. That way, you will prevent stories that touch, and scenarios like ‘Fear women’. Men who use their heads tend not to lose their heads!”
