English Premier League club Chelsea are eager to secure the signing of Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, and are reportedly willing to offer Romano Lukaku, a young player, and between 80-90 million euros to Napoli.
Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that this bid from Chelsea is the first contact made to Napoli in an attempt to sign Osimhen.
PSG are also interested in the Nigerian striker and are considered by many to be the favourites to sign him.
PSG see Osimhen as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who is said to be joining Real Madrid.
The French champions are ready to match the 130 million euro clause in Osimhen’s new contract with Napoli.
However, Chelsea could land their man if Napoli accept to take Lukaku, who spent last season with Roma on loan.
