Actress Eniola Ajao Opens Up About Keeping Son Away from Social Media

Nollywood actress Eniola Ajao has disclosed the reason behind her choice to keep her 21-year-old son, Ayomide Daniel, away from social media. She explained that this decision predates her acting career and was made to shield him from the stigma often associated with single motherhood.

“It was something I decided a long time ago before I even considered pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.

“When I had him, I worried that no man would want to marry me with a child, so I decided to keep it private. I kept many aspects of my life out of the public eye, including my son,” during a recent interview with Seun Oloketuyi, the actress elaborated on her decision.

She expressed concerns that disclosing her son’s existence might hinder her prospects of finding a partner. However, she eventually revealed his presence to dispel perceptions of her as a “young girl” among her colleagues.

It’s worth noting that Ajao faced public backlash after controversial figure Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, was crowned ‘best-dressed female’ at her movie premiere in March. This prompted the actress to issue a public apology, clarifying that it was merely a publicity stunt.
