The Actors Guild of Nigeria has announced the suspension of all movie productions involving riverine areas and boat riding across the country.
This decision comes after the tragic death of actor Junior Pope and four other crew members who were involved in a boat accident on Wednesday, April 10, while leaving the movie location.
In a statement released by the AGN President, Emeka Rollas, he also prohibited all actors from featuring in any movie produced by Adamma Luke.
Adamma is the producer of the movie in which the late Junior Pope was featured before his untimely demise. The bodies of three crew members are yet to be found while the actor and one other crew member identified as Friday have been confirmed dead.
