Actor Tochukwu, widely recognized as TC Virus, who survived the tragic boat accident that claimed the life of his fellow actor, Junior Pope, has revealed that film director Adanma Luke attempted to have him arrested in the aftermath.
TC Virus disclosed that Luke sought his arrest based on allegations from the boat operator, who claimed he was responsible for the mishap resulting in Pope’s demise.
The unfortunate incident occurred in Anambra as the group was returning from a filming location. While some perished, TC Virus narrowly escaped death by clinging to a rope.
TC Virus clarified that the boat operator accused him of obstructing his view during the journey, prompting Luke to take action against him.
In an Instagram Live, he said: “Adanma Luke asked the Marine police to arrest me because the boat operator was lying that I stood up during the trip so he could not see the oncoming boat.
“As slim as I am, I stood in front of the boat and you can’t see, are you okay? You who’s a pilot.”
