Hon. Mohammed Idris, a past member of the House of Representatives hailing from Kogi State, has passed away. Mohammed, son of the former Governor of Kogi State, Ibrahim Idris, served as the representative for Ankpa, Olamaboro, and Omala Federal Constituency in the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
Reports indicate that he collapsed and passed away shortly after participating in Eid prayers at his residence in Abuja on Wednesday.
His burial will adhere to Islamic customs and take place at Gudu cemetery in Abuja.
