Professor Edward Olanipekun, the Vice-Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, extends heartfelt greetings to the entire university community, particularly the Muslim community, as they observe this year’s Eid El Fitri festival.
In his Eid message conveyed through the Head of the Directorate of Information & Corporate Affairs of the institution, Bode Olofinmuagun, Professor Olanipekun congratulates Muslims on this significant occasion.
He urges them not to overlook the valuable lessons learned during the holy month of Ramadan and encourages them to continue demonstrating the virtues of sacrifice and love towards one another.
He also admonished all “to be resolute in preaching and maintenance of unity, peace and stability of the university community in particular and the Nation at large.”
While wishing them Eid Mubarak, the Vice Chancellor prayed that the Almighty God would continue to shower His abundant blessings and prosperity on every member of the university community.
