The Zamfara State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has deployed 700 personnel to ensure comprehensive security measures during and after the Eid el Fitr celebration in the state.
Sani Mustapha, the State Commandant, stressed the importance of all units and formations within the Corps to maintain strict vigilance to prevent any potential security breaches. He emphasized the need for heightened security at marketplaces and motor parks, reaffirming the Corps’ commitment to enhancing security across the state.
Mustapha assured that all identified flashpoints would receive adequate coverage, expressing his determination to transform Zamfara into a crime-free state.
The Commandant made these remarks while accepting an award from the Public Relations Unit of the Corps in the State Command, recognizing him as an exemplary administrator.
