EFCC brings Six (6) counts charge against Bobrisky

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has lodged a six-count charge against Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye, commonly known as Bobrisky.

Bobrisky is scheduled to appear in court on Friday before Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.

The initial four counts of the accusation pertain to the improper handling of the Naira, while the remaining two counts relate to purported money laundering.

As outlined in the charge sheet presented by EFCC Prosecutor, Senior Advocate of Nigeria Rotimi Oyedepo, alongside seven other legal representatives, the first count accuses Bobrisky of allegedly misusing the sum of N400,000 by dispersing it while dancing at a social event held at the IMAX Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos.
