Transfer: Fabrizio Romano lists three strikers Arsenal want to sign in summer

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has identified three strikers that Arsenal are targeting to sign during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Due to Gabriel Jesus’ injury setbacks this season, Arsenal has relied on Kai Havertz and Leandro Trossard as their primary central attackers. Consequently, Mikel Arteta’s team is reportedly seeking a first-choice number nine for the upcoming season.

Initially linked with players such as Brentford’s Ivan Toney and Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic, Romano suggests that Arsenal’s focus has shifted regarding their striking options.

In a discussion on Caught Offside’s YouTube channel, Romano indicated that Victor Osimhen, Viktor Gyokeres, and Benjamin Sesko are the top transfer targets for the North London club in the Premier League.

“They will take their time to decide who is the right player based on the budget, and based on how much they want to invest,” Romano said.

“They have been in attendance many times in Portugal to follow Viktor Gyokeres.

“They are informed on the release clause situation with Victor Osimhen, but that price is much higher.

“Then another player who is now appreciated by multiple clubs is Benjamin Sesko.”
