Renowned Nigerian artist Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, popularly known as Dammy Krane, expressed his belief that Portable is presently more influential than Wizkid. Dammy Krane shared this perspective on his social media page.
In his view, Portable has garnered more prominence in the contemporary music scene compared to the Grammy award-winning artist, Wizkid. Dammy Krane also suggested that Portable’s rise to relevance was facilitated by divine intervention, attributing it to British rapper Skepta, whom he believes God used to bless Portable.
It’s worth noting that Portable and Skepta recently collaborated on a track titled ‘Tony Montana,’ marking Portable’s first number one song on Apple Music Nigeria since ‘Zazu.’
He wrote, “Portable is more relevant than your fav; Topic for another day online bara;
“(Let me rephrase for the unintelligent ones); Atp Portable is more relevant than Wizkid; God use Skepta do this one again.” (sic)
