Reece James, a Chelsea defender, revealed during a recent interview with media personality Marva that his sister, Lauren James, who plays for Chelsea Women, is the most avid fan of Nigerian singer Burna Boy.
The siblings shared this insight while being interviewed together.
“Lauren’s favourite artist is Burna Boy. She loves Afrobeats. I like it as well but not as much as her,” Reece James said.
Lauren added: “I listen to a lot of Afrobeats songs. I do love Afrobeats. It gets me in the mood [laughs].”
Recalls that Lauren James showed off her Spotify Wrapped last year, revealing Burna Boy as her most listened-to artist on the platform.
Earlier, she disclosed in an interview that Burna Boy is the musician she would like to go on a date with.
