The Brentford player conveyed this confidence in a tweet from his X account on Saturday, stating, “We’re ready for the next chapter of this!”
This declaration comes within 24 hours of Onyeka’s contribution to Nigeria’s 1-0 victory over Angola in the AFCON quarterfinal on Friday.
Ademola Lookman’s goal secured the Super Eagles a spot in the AFCON last four. Nigeria is set to face the winner between Cape Verde and South Africa in the semi-final.
