The Oyo State capital, Ibadan, experienced a sudden wave of panic on Tuesday night due to an unexplained explosion that reverberated across various areas of the city.
Residents reported hearing a loud blast in locations such as Oke Itunu, Bodija, Omi Adio, Apete, University College Hospital (UCH), Mokola, and Idi Isin.
