Super Eagles’ head coach, Jose Peseiro, delivered promising news on Saturday during a press conference in Abidjan, confirming the arrival of Kelechi Iheanacho and Terem Moffi in Cote d’Ivoire for the 2023 African Cup of Nations, set to kick off today in Abidjan.
Expressing optimism despite the unfortunate injuries to some players at a critical stage of the competition, Peseiro conveyed his excitement at having Iheanacho and Moffi join the squad.
Their presence is anticipated to bolster the team as they gear up for their first match in the tournament on Sunday.
