The All Progressives Congress, APC, has commenced the sales of nomination and expression of interest forms for the Edo State governorship election slated for September.
The former Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Clem Agba, kick-started the purchase of the forms with M50 million.
The party’s primary election slated for February 17.
Former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Edo State, Henry Idahagbon picked the forms on behalf of Agba at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja.
In line with the schedule of activities and timetable for the Edo State governorship election released by the party, sales of nomination forms began on Wednesday.
The National Organising Secretary, Alhaji Sulaiman Argungu flagged off the sale.
