Maignan, 28, has a contract until 2026 but amid recent speculation of a move to Bayern, Chelsea and PSG, he is keen to get a payrise and sign a new deal.
But talks have not progressed with Milan, leaving the France international unclear about his position and willing to move on if a major bid arrives.
