LeBron James becomes NBA's all-time leading scorer

In a historic moment during the late stages of the 2022-23 NBA season, LeBron James achieved a remarkable feat, breaking a nearly 40-year-old record with a stunning fadeaway jump shot. 

This extraordinary accomplishment propelled him past the legendary Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the league’s all-time leading scorer. 

Since then, the Los Angeles Lakers star has continued his scoring prowess, surpassing an impressive milestone of 39,000 career points. Additionally, LeBron James has etched his name in the record books as the all-time minutes leader, solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest players in NBA history.
