Newcastle United manager, Eddie Howe, provided insights into his team’s 1-0 victory against Manchester United in the Premier League clash on Saturday.
Anthony Gordon’s goal secured Newcastle’s triumph over Man United at St. James’ Park.
Reflecting on the match, Howe, in an interview with TNT Sports, praised his players for delivering a brilliant performance against the visiting team.
“I could not be happier with the players tonight,” Howe said.
“The performances we put in against three top teams were brilliant, so that will give us confidence.
“Then, when we get some players back, we can push on even further.”
