Access Holdings chairman Osunkoya dies after brief illness

Bababode Osunkoya, the Chairman of Access Holdings Plc’s Board of Directors, has passed away.

A statement released by the Company Secretary, Sunday Ekwochi on Thursday evening revealed that he died after a brief illness on Tuesday.

The statement further disclosed that as a result of this unfortunate event, the company now boasts a nine-member board consisting of six non-executive directors (two of whom are independent) and three executive directors which includes the group chief executive officer.
Access Holdings Plc noted that it will announce Osunkoya’s successor in due course.
