Chinedu Rosa, the CEO of Vines by Rosa and a wine export consultant, is gearing up for another installment of her renowned wine tasting event in Lagos and Abuja. Scheduled to take place from November 28 to December 10, 2023, this upcoming edition promises to be a captivating experience.
In a communication shared with Society Plus, Rosa revealed that the event is a collaborative effort with esteemed partners, including Champagne Vranken/Pommery, Château Malescasse/Peyrassol, Vignobles Lassagne – Château Des Landes, Château Barre Gentillot, Château Roquefort, Union Des Caves Du Médoc, and Cognac Lheraud.
Rosa highlighted that these partners will be present in Nigeria to showcase their products to aficionados of wine and spirits. The two-week affair is not just about indulging in exquisite beverages; it also incorporates master classes designed to enhance the knowledge and expertise of hospitality professionals in the culinary arts. Simultaneously, it provides wine enthusiasts with a platform to engage in meaningful discussions and explore the essence of wine culture in its purest form.
Shedding more light on the event, Rosa said, “We work closely with restaurants, wine distributors, and retailers to enhance the overall consumption experience for their discerning customers. Our insightful resources serve as a catalyst for excellence within the African hospitality space.
“These events will be held annually in Nigeria and France with various interested partners in the future to continue the education and wine pairing culture.”
Armed with over two decades of experience in retail, education, wholesale, and importation across the globe, Rosa has become an expert in French wines. Since 2015, she has been creating private pairing experiences in France by collaborating with renowned winemakers in the Bordeaux area of the country.
