Celebrity singer Simi has criticized a female preacher featured in a video offering advice to women on how to capture and allure men. The singer’s response appeared to be fueled by the content of the video, and she shared her perspective on the preacher’s message.
Simi reassured women that they are already worthy and do not require the extra measures advocated by the female preacher in the video.
In her words: “Even when you hide self hate inside ‘good advice’, it’s still self hate. This is why 90% of skincare products in countries full of beautiful dark skin girls/women are ‘whitening creams’.”
