Lobi Stars, Rangers, Sporting Lagos, and Shooting Stars players have asserted their presence in the Nigeria Premier Football League Team of the Week for matchday four. The quartet is well-represented, with two players each earning a spot in the selection.
Lobi Stars contributes Monday Akile and Amodu Liman, while Rangers features defender Ifeanyi Onyebuchi and forward Kazeem Ogunleye on the list.
The selection also includes Jonathan Alukwu and Clement Naantuam from Sporting Lagos, as well as Darlington Ovuda and Ayodeji Bamidele from Shooting Stars.
Completing the lineup are Muhammed Alao, a midfielder from Kwara United, Rabiu Ali, a veteran from Kano Pillars, and Albert Hillary, a forward from Plateau United.
Rangers’ head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu, earned the title of Coach of the Week.
