In the Nnewi South Local Government of Anambra State, three unnamed people have been set afire and burned alive.
One was allegedly burned alive near Amannal intersection in Ebenator, while two were allegedly roasted at Utuh junction on the Soro Road
The three bodies were believed to have been in flames when the residents woke up on Wednesday morning.
Tochukwu Ikenga, a police spokesman, claimed he hadn’t yet been informed about the event.
