The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, is preparing to welcome His Excellency, Mr. Peter Ryan, the Ambassador of Ireland to Nigeria.
Chief Eugene Ikomi, the Secretary to the Warri Council of Chiefs, and Olulaye of the kingdom shared this exciting news, revealing that a vibrant reception ceremony is scheduled to take place at the palace on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
This visit is expected to further strengthen the already strong bond between the Warri kingdom and Ireland. It’s worth noting that in the previous year, the respected monarch hosted Ambassador Leena Pylvanainen from Finland, during which discussions pertaining to the interests of the kingdom and Finland took place.
