Anita, who has made claims regarding her relationship with Davido, has issued an apology to Chioma, the legally recognized wife of the afrobeats singer. This apology comes after a series of taunts and provocations directed at Chioma, including the unfortunate term “pity wife.”
Anita had engaged in contentious behavior, making accusations against Chioma. Just a few weeks before her public apology, Anita had posted an ultrasound scan image, asserting that she was carrying Davido’s child. However, vigilant individuals quickly exposed her deception, revealing that she had taken the ultrasound image from a Google search.
Despite their previous disagreements and questionable actions, Anita has taken the initiative to offer a heartfelt apology. In her statement, she acknowledged that her past comments and behaviors were driven by pain and frustration.
“l am going through a traumatic & tragic time in my life. I honestly don’t want to speak on it & don’t need to, or have to speak on it. It’s too much to bear right now. I’m disquieted by all of the events that have taken place. The only thing I will say is I regret that I let my pain and feelings of betrayal allow me to turn me against another woman.
“So, I apologize to Chioma. I never intended to speak on you or your child. Losing is never a good feeling, being hurt by someone you love and care about is not a good feeling.
“Moving forward i would prefer to be known for the light i bring into the world. Peace & Love,“ she wrote.
