The late rapper and musician Mohbad’s extended play (EP), named “Blessed,” reaches a key milestone on Spotify.
The EP “Blessed” is the first to rank first on the Spotify Nigeria weekly albums chart.
The accomplishment was made after the singer’s passing, which caused a number of disputes. He died more than a week ago.
His singles and projects on Nigerian music streaming services were affected by his passing. On Apple Music Nigeria, the tracks “Peace,” “Feel Good,” “Ask About Me,” and “Beast and Peace” have all earned positions among the top 10.
Additionally, he topped the table on the Spotify Nigeria singles chart with his track ‘Ask About Me.’ Furthermore, his EP ‘Blessed’ also made its way into the top 20 on the UK Apple Music albums chart.
