The Kano Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal made a significant decision on Wednesday by removing the incumbent Governor, Yusuf Abba, who represented the New Nigeria People Party.
As a result of this ruling, the tribunal declared Nasir Gawuna, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the winner of the governorship election that took place on March 18.
