Grammy-winning artists Wizkid and Burna Boy have put to rest speculations of a feud after both attending a Burberry event in London and posing for photos together.
The two renowned Afrobeats musicians were present at the star-studded Burberry Fashion Week show in the UK on Monday, September 18, where they showcased the latest Burberry collection.
They walked the dark green carpet that led into a large marquee featuring a distinctive check design in Highbury Fields, North London. Wizkid and Burna Boy were seated in the front row alongside other VIP attendees, including Arsenal and England footballer Bukayo Saka, among others.
Burna Boy’s manager, his mother, and two sisters were also in attendance. While Wizkid sat next to Burna’s mom, there was an individual between Wizkid and Burna.
In a clip shared online, the two artists stood together to pose for photographs, placing their arms on each other’s shoulders as they prepared for the shot. This encounter marks their first meeting in two years and dispels rumors of a feud, which had been circulating since they stopped hanging out together as frequently as they once did.
