Joseph Aloba, the father of late singer Mohbad has said it is difficult to accuse Marlian Records boss, Naira Marley of complicity in the death of his son.
A section of the social media has pointed an accusing finger at Naira Marley over the death of his former signee but Mr Aloba in a recent interview said his son’s death may have been an act of God.
He said when he learnt of the fight between his son and his boss, he tried to intervene but couldn’t reach Marley even though he was scared to visit his house.
He added that when Mohbad was attacked in 2022, Naira Marley was not involved but other individuals according to information from his son.
On allegations of his son’s drug use, Mr Aloba strongly asserted that he is unaware of such even though he is aware of the intoxication practices within the Marlian group.
He concluded by saying that the demise of his son was from God.
