The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has initiated the process of delivering judgment in the petition lodged by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP), contesting the outcome of the recent presidential election that saw President Bola Tinubu declared the winner.
Justice Abba Mohammed, a member of the five-member panel, is currently reading the lead judgment. However, before delving into the core of the case, the court is addressing some preliminary motions that challenge the competency of certain aspects of the petition.
