Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has been lauded for appointing persons of high integrity and unquestionable character as Commissioners and Special Advisers.
Director General of Campaign Flow, Dr Benigho Ofoeyero, who poured encomium on the Governor when he spoke with newsmen yesterday, described the Governor as an embodiment of knowledge. He said he will not be surprised if the successor of ex-Governor Ifeanyi Okowa will take the state to a higher level.
According to him, Governor Oborevwori has started very well and will no doubt spread infrastructural development to the twenty-five local government areas.
“In view of this, I am pleading fervently to all the people of the state, especially Deltans, to throw their weight in unity and support the Governor massively to enhance more rapid development of the state,” said the Director General.
Ofoeyero further assured that members of the political pressure group will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that Delta, the home of peace, unity and oil-producing state will continue to be ranked amongst the leading states in the country.
“I want to say that campaign flow and a large number of Deltans are irrevocably committed towards the attainment of greater achievement in terms of infrastructure development, in all ramifications and ensuring peaceful co-existence among the people of the state” stressed the campaign flow helmsman.
While appealing to all politicians, especially those who lost out in the general elections, to bury the hatchet and cooperate with the present administration to make Delta the envy of all the states in the federation.
He, therefore, charged all campaign flow members to continue to be responsive by supporting Governor Oborevwori’s administration for a better tomorrow.
